Tired of wanting to change but never get around to doing it? Well then join me as we both embark on a journey of finding one’s self. This set of excercises and mental gymnastics would not only help in your self improvement but also will make you truly fulfil who you are as a person and how wonderful of a person that is.
Who Am I?
Before you click off, I am not just some self improvement get quick guide. I am on the journey of self improvement right now. For starters I am skinny, like real skinny where I dont need to dress up as a skeleton for halloween. I also feel like my mental health has taken a real beating. I am currently going through my parents divorce, and well I just want to be happy. Lets be happy together 🙂 lets do this 30 day self improvement challenge!
Why should you self improve?

You see this isn’t just muscle but it is also a self improvement goal! It shows that you put time and effort into crafting a body which you take pride in and others will feel it! However self improvement isn’t only for men, women can be proud of there body too! (I just cant find a good picture lol)
30 Day Self Improvement Challenge
Ok lets get into the gnitty gritty of it, this challenge includes Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Sunlight. It will be broken up as follows:
-Fitness: Walk for 15 minutes/go to workout
-Nutrition: Have sweets only 3 times a week if possible
-Sleep: Sleep atleast 7-9 hours a night
-Sunlight: Get atleast 15 minutes of sunlight (This could be combined with walking so you could complete two goals at once
These goals are meant to be daily.
Why So Easy?
Because if it was any other way yall wouldnt complete it, and im just telling the blunt truth. We have to build eachother from the ground up. Meaning we also have to start on the ground aswell. It is okay, we grow together here on my blog. 💪💪
Reflection
When doing reflection from your self improvement, it is important you look back at the end of the day of what you accomplished, and not only that but what you didn’t accomplish. That means you write down basically the events of the day and figure out what needs to be changed accordingly.
Conclusion:
Hey I am in this journey too, while I am not doing this protocol specifically I am doing a similiar 30 day challenge which I could talk about in a future date. I just want to say you are amazing and I love you. Even if you do not get to attempt this challenge just reading this blog post means you are in the right path regarding self improvement. You have the right head space, therefore it is only a matter of time 🙂
